Shipping Policy
Currently due to the fresh nature of our products, they are all collection only from Grange Farm Cottage.
We can also work with some local businesses for wholesale of our products and items can be collected or please do contact us to discuss delivery options.
We are able to discuss delivery of fresh wholesale items that are being distributed within a 15 mile radius of YO51 9HZ. Minimum spends will apply.

Return & Exchange Policy
Due to all our products being fresh we are unable to accept returns.
If you feel the products have received are of poor quality, please contact us and supply photos and evidence and we are happy to discuss the issues you are experiencing. It is important that you take every measure to look after your products such as fresh water for you flowers and storing in a cool dry place.
Shelf Life of our products
Duck Eggs
As a best practice guide we recommend that your duck eggs are stored in a cool, dry place and you ensure the shells have no cracks or imperfections before purchase. Eggs should last for up to 3 weeks from the date of laying. Please ensure you check the laid date on the carton when purchasing/collecting.
Fresh flowers
All fresh flowers that are purchased should be put in cool water in order to stay fresh and the water should be changed regularly every couple of days for maximum shelf life.
Zinnia's drink a lot of water, be sure to keep this refreshed to get the best out of your purchase. Note that flowers will deteriorate quicker in a warm environment.
